[After a little over a month of wandering Luceti... Reiko is incredibly, incredibly bored. She never thought she'd miss having youkai around. She's still not sure she does, but she hasn't found a good replacement for the entertainment they brought her. Wandering the forest and talking to the Filial spirits just isn't the same. And then there's Takashi... but, well. In some ways, being around him is still almost as awkward as it was being around the family she stayed with in her hometown.

But he's nothing like them. He is really family. And that makes it that much harder to figure out.]

[Eventually, Reiko decides to turn her attention to the journals and voice an entry.]

Hey, what do you think about things that aren't 'normal'? I mean like spirits, ghosts, youkai, or someone who sees them. I don't just mean here... in your "homeworlds," too.

Anyway, let's say you do believe. Would you want to be around something like that? Or would it just be trouble?

My thoughts? Well... I hate scary things. [Especially the human kind.

There's a pause, and then she smiles.]
